US Domestic Shipping

Please allow up to one week for delivery. Most of our curated gifts are processed within 1-3 business days.

We ship via USPS or UPS. Final shipping cost will be displayed when completing your order and will vary depending on the weight and location of the order. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship out on Monday.

Delivery

All local deliveries will be scheduled accordingly. The Date/time and additional requests are all chosen during the checkout process or via email. We offer next-day local delivery if ordered before 4 pm (MST) the prior day.

Unfortunately at this time, we don’t offer same-day local delivery. But we are working on making it possible at a later time.

Returns Policy:

We aim to ensure you're delighted with your purchase and fully comprehend our policies. Due to the unique nature of our items, all sales are final. However, if you need to cancel your order, we're here to help. We'll provide a full refund as long as the product hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us promptly to initiate a cancellation. Regrettably, we are unable to cancel orders once they have shipped.

Should you or the recipient be dissatisfied with your purchase, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're committed to working with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

In the rare event that your product is damaged during shipping, we ask that you retain all the original packaging materials for courier inspection. Please email us a picture of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Together, we can address the problem and find a satisfactory solution.
